You have up to 30 days after receiving the product to make a free return.

1. If the product has a manufacturing or quality defect for which our company is responsible, you may request a return to our distribution center for a refund or exchange. After receiving the item, we will fully refund the original value of the product, including the shipping cost, or send you a replacement product free of charge.

2. In cases of returns due to dissatisfaction or other reasons, we request that all items, including accessories and gifts, be returned in their entirety.
